CALLED MEETING TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Meeting called to order at 6:30 by Andie, DC Role was taken and in attendance were: Andie, Stephanie, Tara, Jennifer, Angie, and Breezy, Sharon, and Rich

DC REPORT
Welcomed new members: Ashley, Abby (not present), Spencer, and Aubrey

SECRETARY REPORT
The minutes were read by Stephanie from the last meeting. They were approved as read and will be placed on file and on the website. 2010 Roster will be sent again with the new member’s info on it. Stephanie and Angie went DC Retreat in Whidbey Island and reported on some changes. Concussion paperwork that each member must sign and the responsibility of the instructors. Went over what the Alternative Ratings Progression options.

TREASURER REPORT
Report: Read by Angie and on file. Angie gave report.

OLD BUSINESS
Everyone needs to be wearing medical armbands or they don’t ride. Kids can wear them on their legs during lessons but remember they have to wear them on their arm at rallies. If anyone wants to put in to design the Championships 2010 t-shirts the deadline is April 1st.

NEW BUSINESS
D3-C2 Prep clinic May 1-2 @ Pheasant Ridge Farm in Ridgefield put on by Marc Grandia and Erin McPherson. The following kids would be interested in rating in the spring. D1- Tigi, Miki, & Abby. D2-Megan, Amya, & Erika. Toni-C1 & Ashley C2. This will probably be scheduled for June 20th.
Next tentative lesson’s at John’s is April 17th and May 15th.
